| Details: | SUMMARY: positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 1/5/07. I spoke with Derek Jaros on 1/11/07 who said he did not know why the sample came out positive. Four repeats were taken on 1/8/07 and were negative. I told Derek to take 5 routine samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples. | ||
