| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed status of EID and environmental review DETAILS: Phone contact with Jeff re: EID and environmental review status for project application 033002797. EID is completed, but under review first by City. EID will be submitted to the DWP by approximately 12/18/2006. We will review asap and issue an initial FNSI (or ask for more info). EID is about 12 pages, and follows format outlined in environmental review handbook. Also discussed need for Public Notification and 30 day comment period prior to issuance of final determination. ACTION NEEDED: The DWP received the EID 12/18/2006 and will review asap. Then, well issue a determination asap. | ||
