This State regulated system consists of a cased well and 1000 gallon pressure tank. It has 7 connections and a population of 20. It serves a small group of homes in Tualatin, OR.


12/21/06: ROUTINE SAMPLE TAKEN 12/20/06 TC+ AND E.COLI+

Left message for Linda at 3:30pm as soon as I got the alert. Asked her to do 4 RPs as soon as possible so this E.Coli can be either confirmed or not. I asked her to call me with the results of the RPs.



12/22/06: Linda called and left message 8:30am Friday saying she plans to do repeat sampling today. She mentioned that the gardening gloves she was wearing during sampling may have been the source of contamination.

ACTION NEEDED: 1/11/06: Will call Mr. Jastak back.
