| Details: | SUMMARY: CCR Consultation DETAILS: BACKGROWN: The Coos Bay Office received a list of non reporting systems for 2005 CCRs 10.30.06. ACTIONS PERFORMED: I met with Joanne and the system is a well managed system with a shallow aquifer. We started the CCR process by logging onto Joann’s computer on the DWP web site. I showed her an example of a CCR through the links on the site of a mobile home park similar reporting requirements as her park. She has good computer kills and was able to quickly modify the example. We took a quick tutorial of the menu of chemical reports and violations to familiarize her with the site. She felt confident that with a little study she could put together a draft for review. | ||
