| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority DETAILS: PWS does not have a cross connection enabling authority on record with D H S/DWP. ACTION PERFORMED: I reviewed the purpose and content of the enabling authority with Mr Reitz on Dec 19, 2006. I gave him copies of UPC Charter 6, OAR 333-0061-0070, 0071, general cross connection info for users and reviewed how to complete the ASR. I visited the system to evaluate if any special needs are to be included in the enabling authority. System has underground irrigation systems and some hot tubs. I prepared the enabling authority and sent to Mr Reitz. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
