Details: SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority DETAILS: BACKGROUND: HBH received notice that system did not have current Enabling Authority on file. ACTIONS PERFORMED: I notified Carol Hart of the service available thru HBH and the Circuit Rider Program. I put together a sample Authority, pertinent plumbing code information and OAR’s for review when a convenient appointment can be scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: Continue open communications to set a time to meet and finish the process.
