| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority DETAILS: BACKGROUND: HBH received notice that system did not have current Enabling Authority on file. ACTION PERFORMED: Tom was contacted and informed of the availability of the web site information regarding the OARs. I asked him if he could review the information and request his council to do the same and I would get back to him later to schedule a meeting when we could review an example of a prepared enabling enabling authority and discuss compliance reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule meeting with Tom on 01.04.07 after council meets on the 3rd. | ||
