| Details: | SUMMARY: positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 01/18/07. I spoke with Richard Lauer on 01/22/07 who said he did not know why the sample came out positive and that Coffey Lab takes the samples for him. We discussed the requirement to take 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and 5 routine samples in February. He was going to call Coffey Lab to have them take the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat samples. | ||
