| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority DETAILS: HBH received notice that the system does not have a current Enabling Authority on file with DWP. ACTIONS PERFORMED: I notified Cindy Ingram of the service available through HBH and the Circuit Rider Program. I put together a sample Authority, pertinent plumbing code information and OARs for review when a convenient appointment can be scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: Continue open communication to set a convenient time to meet and finish the process. | ||
