| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Enabling Authority DETAILS: The system has no Enabling authority. ACTIONS PERFORMED: On the recommendation of Deschutes County, Mr Day contacted me for help with creating an EA document. I then modified the example EA (prepared by the Circuit Rider program) to fit the needs of the system and emailed it to him. I offered assistance with conducting a survey to identify cross connections that may exist within private homes. I also offered assistance with the adoption process. Mr Day declined further assistance. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to adopt the Enabling Authority and submit a copy to DWP. | ||
