| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with Contact Time issues DETAILS: BACKGROUND: Circuit Rider had previously conducted CT study on entire WTP and assist City with operational and equipment deficiencies at WTP. Circuit Rider was contacted by DWP to conduct a CT study on the individual flocculation sedimentation basins. Conducted CT test on each individual basin. These CT studies have vastly different CT numbers which created confusion for new operational staff. ACTIONS PERFORMED: Reviewed previous CT studies to provide explanation numbers and advice on appropriate flow reduction. ACTION NEEDED: Provide new CT study for new operating conditions once they are established. | ||
