ACTIONS PERFORMED: I visited the system on 12.6.06 to evaluate sampling sites, distribution system mapping piping arrangements O and M procedures and chlorination system. The park maintenance man, Logan, provided a historical perspective and water line locations he was aware of. We chose sites based on accessibility and system coverage based on the map. Completed written coliform sampling plan and sent to system. O and M Manual procedures finished. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
