| Details: | SUMMARY: Coordination with Rural Development on Environmental Review requirements DETAILS: Brad contacted me to coordinate efforts on Environmental Review process and approval for City. Rural Development has completed their review and assessment, and public notification issued. I outlined our criteria for waiving our Env Review requirements in these circumstances, along with documentation needs. Brad will arrange for a copy of RD report, public notice, and their final assessment to be delivered to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: If RD report and assessment, along with public notification, meet our criteria, DWP will concur with findings and waive separate environmental review requirements. | ||
