Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 1/23/07. Brenda Casarez of Delta Lab/Oregon Water Services said they are working with the system. Dana Kenney says she didnt know why the sample was positive, but there was some work done to install an iron-removal filter in December. There also might have been a problem with the chlorination system, although there was a reported residual of 0.21. The repeat samples are already at the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat samples.
