| Details: | SUMMARY: boil water notice lifted DETAILS: Charmayne Baldwin called on 1/30/07 to inform us of two absent coliform results she received on 1/30/07. Charmayne identified a leak in the system, isolated it from the rest of the system a shock chlorinated the system on 1/23/07. On 1/29 she took two special samples that both came back coliform absent. I told her she can remove the boil water notice and that she needs to take 5 routine samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: take 5 routine coliform samples in February. | ||
