Details: I called and spoke to the representative of McNulty Water PUD regarding the Arsenic water sample result that came in today of 0.034 mg/L, more than 2 times the MCL. This was a quarterly sample at the EP for Robinette and Allen Wells. The representative told me that the entry point for Robinette and Allen wells is not currently in use, and has been shut off for about a year. She mentioned that they are backup emergency wells, as part of the ASR system. They still sample quarterly at that location but it's not online with the system as the other wells and entry points, which have shown "non-detect" results for arsenic. I told the representative that corrective action is not required right now, but the earliest to collect samples for the second quarter would be April 1st.
