Details: SUMMARY: MRDL typo DETAILS: The actual reading was 0.7 ppm.

Doug says that the measurement device doesnt even read as high as 7 ppm.
Since this has become a semi-regular occurance in recent months, it is good to recognize this is reporting problem rather than a public health issue. ACTION NEEDED: Doug is addressing bringing the issue up with the board again.
