| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-Detectable Chlorine Residual DETAILS: Kari Salis and Joseph Auth contacted Scott Schulda regarding no detectable chlorine residual being found within the distribution system. Kari informed him that we noticed on days with chlorine residual around 0.2 that there appears to be no residual through the system. Scott informed us that Tim Couch takes the samples for him. Kari informed Scott as the DRC who signs the surface water treatment reports that he needs to ensure a detectable residual throughout the distribution system. Scott will contact Tim Couch to find out why he is listing a chlorine residual of zero. Scott and Tim will determined the minimum residual at the WTP necessary to maintain a residual in the distribution system. He will get back to us if there are any problems. | ||
