| Details: | SUMMARY: Redwood tank Well 7 Circulation system and major leaks DETAILS: The area around the tank was quite wet with trenches dug to channel runoff of major leaks through the compound and down over the bank. The majority of the leaks appeared from the interface area around the bottom slab and the vertical wall. I reiterated that three options for leak repair were viable. The restoration of the circulation system structure will need to be considered as part of the initial repairs to the tank. It became apparent that the major repairs would be accomplished well into the spring when the ground dried out and the council had an opportunity to make some decisions. The roof to the tank is a major concern. Well #7 with an output of 10gpm afforded us an opportunity to do a very simple circulation system. The well is a separate contributing source to the tank and can easily be routed up the outside of the tank to induce some counter current.
