| Details: | SUMMARY: December 2006 Coliform Results Reported Late. DETAILS: The DHS Drinking Water Program did not receive coliform bacteria sample results from the City of Brownsville for December 2006 or January 2007 as of 2/12/2007. I contacted Scott McDowell who had Karl Frink look into it. Karl found the results and is not sure why they were not received by the Program as he sends them in with his monthly operating report. He faxed the results to our Portland Office. I informed Karl that if the resutls are not received by the Portland office on or before the 10th of the following month, they will receive a violation for non-reporting/late reporting. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
