| Details: | SUMMARY: contact time/tracer study DETAILS: I spoke with Jack Harris and wrote him a letter on 2/20/07 recommending a tracer study by HBH Engineering to determine true contact time based on the recently identified new first user. He said it would be fine for HBH to do the tracer study. I also informed him that if he could/did not wish to meet the minimum required contact time, he could prove disinfection is for residual maintenance only by taking monthly coliform source samples for a year. I told Jack I would contact Bob Straussner and let him know he wanted to go ahead with the tracer study. Bob said he would call Jack to discuss the study. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the tracer study. | ||
