| Details: | SUMMARY: alert closure DETAILS: Spoke with Sherri the lab manager at Coffey Labs in Redmond, she said all four repeat samples were negative and the five routine samples also came back negative for coliform. Redmond Coffey labs is working to regain accredidation, for now they are performing the analysis in their portland lab. No more action is required. ACTION NEEDED: continue to take one coliform sample per quarter. | ||
