Details:	New operator of Anglers Park state regulated water system. System lines to be flushed/disinfected, prior to system use resuming. Operator will begin sampling for coliform after system back on line. Violations will auto RTC for coliform sampling. Nitrate also needs to be taken. System is non-epa, but currently at 16 points.
