| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- Positive TCR and positive fecal coli DETAILS: Store had a positive coliform on 1/2/07. Called store on 1/4/07 and talked to PIC. Called 1/5/07 talked to store manager. Also positive for fecal coliform on 1/2/07. ACTION NEEDED: Store has taken 4 repeat samples. This firm has a UV light to disinfect their water. The store is to replace the UV bulb and have the system inspected to make sure it is working correctly. | ||
