| Details: | SUMMARY: One of the routine samples collected on 12/18/06 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 12/20/06- I spoke with Vikki and she informed me that they collected one sample immediately after the UV light (passed) and another one at the kitchen hand sink (failed). She thinks that the hand sink sample failed as a result of the aerator being left on the faucet. I requested that Vikki sample that tap again with the aerator removed. 12/21/06- Sample passed. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the January. | ||
