| Details: | SUMMARY: Rour repeat samples collected on 01/08/07 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 01/10/07- I spoke with Carol. All four repeat samples were collected in the distribution system (post storage). I explained to Carol why it is helpful to collect a sample directly from the well to determine the source of the problem. She said that they have already chlorinated the well and the storage tanks. They will flush the system out tomorrow and collect a special sample. 01/23/07- A special sample was collected on 01/16 at Space 37 and tested negative for total coliform. I called and left a voicemail for Carol reminding her to collect five routine samples in the month of February. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of February. | ||
