| Details: | SUMMARY: Two routine samples collected on 01/18/07 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 01/24/07- I called and spoke with Sid. He was not familiar with repeat sampling procedure and has already shocked the well (flushed on Sunday). I instructed him to repeat sample on Friday. He did not follow proper procedure for well flushing. I walked him through proper procedure for future reference. I informed Sid that he needs to take the small operator certification class. 01/30/07- Neilson reported that no repeat samples have been turned in. I called Sid and left him a voicemail asking him to call me back. 01/30/07- Sid called me back. He is taking in 4 samples now. 01/31/07- 2 out of 4 repeat samples tested positive for Total Coliform (the well and space 5 were positive while the front lawn and the rec. area were negative).
