| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 01/03/07 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 01/05/07- I spoke with Cindy. She said that she took this sample from the bathroom sink but she usually takes it from the kitchen sink. There was a screen on the bathroom faucet at the time the sample was collected. I instructed her to remove the screen and take a repeat sample as well as three others (one at the well and two at outside hose bibs). She will collect the samples on Monday 01/08/06. 01/09/07- Per Neilson Laboratories- all four repeat samples failed. See next alert. ACTION NEEDED: See the next alert for more details. |
