| Details: | SUMMARY: Four repeat samples collected on 01/08/07 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 01/09/07- I spoke with Cindy. She is going to chlorinate the well and collect a special sample in the distribution system five days after the system is flushed. 01/17/07- One routine sample collected at the bathroom sink tested negative for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of February. |
