| Details: | SUMMARY: The 90th percentile value (.0268) of the lead set collected on 07/13/06 exceeded the action level (.0155). DETAILS: Per Mark Button- The Medford school district has had problems with many of its facilities and has done extensive fixture and plumbing replacement and retesting. The attached results show that all of the faucets at Griffin Creek have been tested since 07/13/06. The two initial test locations showing high levels (nurses’ office sink and staff room sink) have been re-plumed and retested to show levels well below the action level (highlighted results attached). ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed at this time. | ||
