| Details: | I contacted the operator to let him know that all of the follow up repeat distribution samples were positive for total coliform. He indicated that the coliform could be from a main line leak/break that had been repaired. I emailed him the level 1 total coliform investigation template let him know to complete the investigation with 30 days. 3 temp routine samples will be needed in July. I also emailed him instructions for disinfecting a well distribution system. | ||
