| Details: | SUMMARY: Firm missed 3rd Quart Coliform sample DETAILS: Firm is on unaddressed SNC list. I contacted firm and ownership has changed again, thus missing 3rd quarter sample. New contact is Jeff Pinsker and I informed him that a Coliform sample is necessary ASAP, because previous samples had Coliform positives and then missed 3rd Quarter. Jeff agreed to sample today. I will send firm Monitoring Public Notice Template. ACTION NEEDED: Take coliform sample ASAP. Post Monitoring Public Notice, until negative samples are received. | ||
