Details: SUMMARY: Not reporting for 3rd, 4th quarters coliform 2006 DETAILS: Contacted Kevin Schults who confirmed that the Coliform samples have been missed for the last two quarters of 2005. Mr. Schults agreed to have the store manager, Jeff, take a Coliform sample in today. The system is treated with UV. ACTION NEEDED: Post Public Notice for Monitoring. Take a coliform sample and submit it to a certified lab ASAP.
