| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for positive Total Coliform- one routine one repeat DETAILS: A positive Coliform sample was received 11/13/06. Upon calling owner, Budh Sidhu, he stated he took a (1) repeat sample on 11/15/06, and three additional repeats on 11/18/06, all of which were absent. (one repeat dated 11/17/06 was positive). ACTION NEEDED: In December Budh agreed to take five routine samples. | ||
