| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- Positive Coliform DETAILS: DWP notified me, Sarah Schwab, of a positive Coliform sample. I contacted owner of firm, Lynne Sacher, who was aware of positive sample. Lynne stated that her son shocked the well a couple days ago. ACTION NEEDED: Lynne will do four repeat samples on 11/27/06 and five routines in December. | ||
