| Details: | The water system had 6 excursions relating to the reported pH value for the reporting period starting February 1, 2020. I contacted the water system operator, he reviewed submitted report with me on the phone and stated pH dropped below 7.4 only twice. I will be requesting a copy of the report to verify values reported. I received a copy of the report and verified with OHA data management that this counts as 6 excursions. According to OAR 333-061-0034(3)(l) subsections B and C. if no reading is provided then the previous reading is used to determine compliance. Since the previous reading was out of compliance then those days following (in which nothing is reported) are still subject to the previous readings. From the 6 through the 11th the pH was never reported above 7.4; 6 excursions apply. |
