| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive for Total Coliform- Alert DETAILS: Jeff Pinsker is the firms new owner and is not aware of sampling procedures. He re-sampled for coliform on 11/22, from the kitchen faucet that leaks. Jeff now has Un-resolved Public Notice posted and four repeat samples have been taken today. The firm is instructed not to use the ice made at the firm and to provide bottled water. The water is safe to wash dishes using sanitizer and to wash hands. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice must remain posted and water and ice must not be consumed until all repeat samples are received negative. Firm must take five routine samples in December if all repeats are negative. If any repeat samples are positive, firm may consider treating system before more samples are taken. | ||
