| Details: | SUMMARY: Fecal Coliform Positive- Alert DETAILS: Sample taken on 11/21/06 indicated fecal positive. The sample location was a sink that had not been used for a long time and Jeff first used hot water. Gary Burnett contacted me on the positive and I had Jeff immediately sample using proper technique from a different sink. Jeff has dropped sample at coffey Labs and has posted a Public Notice for Boiling Water and will use bottled water for patrons. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice must remain posted until sample results are confirmed negative. Four repeat samples will be taken on Wednesday Nor. 29, followed by 5 routines in Dec. Firm has agreed to install UV treatment. | ||
