| Details: | I spoke with Tim Lammers on the phone. There was uncertainty if the location for recent corrosion control/pH tests by the system qualifies as the entry point or the first customer of the system, partially as they were using Distributing testing forms instead of Entry Point testing forms. Tim Lammers told me that the men’s north restroom sink, where the recent pH testing results were taken, is the first customer of the system, post-treatment. There is a pre-treatment raw water sample tap near the well, but that location at the restroom would be the first customer of the system or first entry point after treatment. He also said he printed out about 30 copies of the Entry Point pH testing forms for future use. |
