| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Spoke with Betty Gaustad on the phone about the positive sample for total coliform. She stated that they had chlorinated and will be resampling during the next week. She felt that both the routine and repeat samples were positive as a result of improper sampling. She also stated the reason for only one repeat sample was she had forgotten to take four. I discussed with her the importance of taken the 4 samples. ACTION NEEDED: Special sample needs to be taken after chlorine residual is no longer in the system. | ||
