Details: DETAILS: John called saying he took 2 Nitrate samples in January 07 in an attempt to cover for both 2006 and 07. ACTION NEEDED: I explained Nitrates had to be at least once in each calendar year to avoid a violation and so he should expect a violation to be assessed for 2006.
