| Details: | DETAILS: System experienced a positive routine sampling following a history of frequent present samples including e-coli. System discovered a large break in a pipe and fixed it last month. Discussed with owner Sarah Swaney. Positive may be a result of recent work done to fix the leak. Discussed chlorinating cistern and distribution and flushing and taking verification sample. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate reservoir and take two special samples to verify o.k. | ||
