| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will do five routines in Jan. 07, keep PN in place DETAILS: I discussed the 12/29 coliform sample results with the operator. Four of five routines were positive for TC -- sample sites were the well laundry room, space 15, and space 30. John states he has discovered there is a leak in the distribution and is trying to locate it. I gave him the circuit rider information for technical assistance. The operator will do five routines this month and call me with results. He will keep PN in place. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
