| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat positive total coliform sampling taken 10/27/06 DETAILS: Sent copy of public notice by email. Will chlorinate and disinfect well Sat. night. Plans to close facility to do so. Gave the following instructions. The public notice does need to be posted at all entrances and a copy faxed to our office at 503-566-2986. After you disinfect the well you need to take four repeats to include a sample from the well. The month after 4 negative repeats you need to take 5 routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect and take resamples, notify office with copy of public notice and results. | ||
