| Details: | SUMMARY: No chlorine residual level alert DETAILS: Called Kelly and informed her of the alert. She said that the onsite manager was getting residuals and was surprised the person from the lab doing the test did not find a residual. Kelly said she would have the onsite operator do some additional testing to insure there was a chlorine residual. She said she was also going to call the lab and discuss it with them.
