| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 of 5 temporary routines taken 1/1/07 +TC DETAILS: Mel said he was out at the site taking 4 repeat samples as we were speaking. He has notified the system in writing that he recommends disinfecting and that they need to do the Public Notice. He hasnt gotten a response as of this time. I asked if he could meet me out at the system to do a sanitary survey and we scheduled a time for this Thursday at 1 pm. ACTION NEEDED: Will do survey on Thursday and then go from there. Probably contact association president and discuss the +TC situation as well as any survey deficiencies. | ||
