| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples were taken on 1/9/07 and one of the 4 was positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: The system continues to have trouble meeting the coliform standard. Circuit rider will visit the system on 1/17/06. Need for chlorination is evident. The sample site, once will test negative and the next time positive. ACTION NEEDED: Notice of violation is needed and 5 samples the next month. Will check on batch chlorination with DHS. | ||
