| Details: | DETAILS: I spoke with Phil Schmalle (operator) about bad samples (routines). 3 of them were positive. Mr. Schmalle, the operator, said he was going to chlorinate tanks, flush the tanks and liner and then retest. He doesnt know where the problem is coming from. ACTION NEEDED: See if repeats are positive from different points in the system. | ||
