Details: SUMMARY: Positive T/C Routines in November 2006 DETAILS: John called to report positive results from 4 of the 5 temporary routines taken on 11/8/06. He asked if he needed to disinfect again. He said he gave a verbal notice to his users. I told him he needs a written public notice and a copy of that is to be sent to the State DWP. I referred him to John Potts with the Circuit Rider program for help with troubleshooting and disinfection. I informed him to take 4 more repeat tests once disinfection and flushing was complete again. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing.
