| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C for Routine in November 2006 DETAILS: Called Joe, who was unaware of the positive test, and informed him of the requirements for repeat testing. He said Waterlab takes the tests for him and that he was going to contact them to have the 4 repeat tests done. I told him they need to be done ASAP. The well head is in a pit and may have been affected by recent flooding/high rain levels. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat test results and advise. | ||
